I have used Guaranteed Auto for years now, and as always, they did an excellent job, at a fair price. In addition, they understood my need to get the car back quickly, and could schedule me in and out in less than 2-days.
I heard a scary noise from my car this morning and I quickly went to Guarantee Auto. Keith was able to make the time to take a cruise and listen for my noise. What noise!?!? It was gone when we got back in the car, drove a few miles and no noise. Spaz attack or not, That is Customer Service.

Miracle workers man. I have an Audi and many people in Rockford or Machesney really don’t work on these cars as there really hard to work on. Called every shop that I could that fixed Audi’s told me to replace my timing chain would be 3.5k. More than what the car costed me. As a young teen in college I was devastated until I tried it out with guaranteed auto. They fixed my car for only 1k. They did it perfectly and guaranteed!
Originally came here as our preferred shop was on vacation for the week. They fixed our a/c on a used vehicle we purchased a few months prior, had some troubles following and the owner Keith and his staff went above and beyond to fix the all problems and we now have freezing cold air to get us through the winter! AND have become our new preferred shop!
One of my children goes to college up in that area, and had a significant issue with their vehicle leading up to our date of departure for driving them back home for the summer. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I know how good auto mechanics operate, and this place has a set of "mechanics' mechanics." They are an outstanding blend of both expertise and dedication to their customer - very forthcoming and very committed to getting to the exact heart of the issue. Really good price for what it is they resolved. (Super chill waiting area as well - from its vintage decor - these guys live and breathe cars and motor repair.) Here's to them and the whole community up there. It's heartening as a parent to see good and right things happen when things are challenging, based on folks like that up there. You raise the bar for all of us in all that we do and hope for.

I highly recommend this location, just had a trans flush done on an older van. Highly knowledgeable front office as well as tech staff. I come from the automotive industry and there are not many places that I trust with my vehicle. These guys are the real deal!!!
This place is amazing, with great friendly customer service. They also have beautiful and comfortable waiting room if you have to wait for your car with access to restrooms, which I found super convenient. Most places don't have anything like that. I got my alignment and exhaust done here and I've never been happier with an auto shop experience, usually you get shoddy work but definitely not from here. When they say guaranteed, they mean it.
I have taken many vehicles to them for repairs in the past. Recently I had brake line leak badly, they fit me their schedule and got it fixed right before a snow storm. I will continue to use and recommend them in the future!
We stopped in with an urgent problem just as they were closing on a Saturday, and they welcomed us in the door with no problem. They took care of the issue immediately and were so kind and helpful. They explained everything to me clearly and respectfully and did a great job. I am extremely grateful and very impressed, and I highly recommend them!!!

After having gone to several different auto shops in the area, Guaranteed Auto Repair was finally able to fix the problem in my 1995 Ford E250. Not only are their prices very affordable and fair, they were able to completely fix the problem within a few hours. They even went out of their way to fix small issues the vehicle also had at no extra cost. Other shops took well over a week to attempt to fix the problem with no success. I highly recommend Guaranteed Auto Repair and I definitely plan on going back for any future issues with my vehicle.
